RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
NOTICE ON RETURN
Thank you for choosing ARTEMIS PSARRI for your Beachwear.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should be aware that:
- according to the Greek & European legislation regarding consumer protection you have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days starting from the date of purchase.
- You may request a replacement or refund provided that we receive the product in its original condition with all labels retained, without having been used in any way.
- Returns of products are made exclusively to the address indicated on the purchase document (receipt/invoice) by courier.
- You are fully responsible for the returned product until it is received by us, therefore you must ensure that it is properly packed before delivery to the courier.
- We will refund you with the amount paid for the purchase of the product including the original shipping costs (if any) as soon as we receive the products in the proper condition. If your purchase had been eligible for free shipping and now, upon return, the total amount of purchase is not anymore eligible for free shipping, we will deduct the applicable cost for the original delivery from the amount that shall be refunded to you.
- Please be aware that you shall bear the costs for shipping the product back to us, as per the provisions in our Terms & Conditions and the relevant Returns policy.
- If we have arranged the return of your product, this cost will be deducted from the amount we are due to return to you. A courier receipt will be provided to you in such a case.
