SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-7 working days subject to credit clearance and availability of items. We ship products from Greece depending on stock availability via a delivery partner of ours. After shipping from us, you will receive a tracking number to track your order and from then and on you shall cooperate with our delivery partner for the actual delivery. The Company reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order (e.g. due to insufficient stock). We will get in touch with you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
PAYMENT
The amount to be paid by you, will be displayed when proceeding to checkout. The final price consists of the price of the product, the cost of delivery that is calculated every time depending on the shipping location and any other costs or discounts that apply. The amount requested by our payments provider shall be the final price paid by you.
Transactions’ Security
All payments made by card are processed through Alpha Bank’s electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
If you receive the product and you are not satisfied with it, you have the right to withdraw from the Service within fourteen (14) days subsequently to the receipt of the product, under the condition that the product is shipped to the Company as received by you. You do not need to justify your decision for withdrawing, but any feedback will be highly appreciated by the Company. You acknowledge that you will bear the costs for shipping the products back to the Company.

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
